Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Saudi Arabia. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, credit and debit cards, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page.
Is it safe to pay online on Synnil?
Absolutely. All online transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days from the date of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — 100% free shipping on every order. No minimum purchase required and no hidden fees. Ever.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Currently we ship exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We are working on expanding to other GCC countries soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if I received a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
